Day 2 at the Beach

Day 2 at the beach was more fun.   We pretty much spent the entire time on the beach, except the few rain showers we got.  All of my babies love the beach.  They played in the ocean forever and when they got done with that, they built sand castles and played with tractors.  It is so much fun watching all of them.  Gracie is no longer scared of the ocean, she was jumping waves and swimming away.  Hayden has not ever been scared, she was riding the waves.  Colton has no fear and joined right in.  We did go out for lunch and then we went back to the beach again.  Colton was a little tired this time and didn't want to stay as long but the girls really enjoyed their time.

We also got to fly some kites.  Kim has a great kite and Hayden tried her best to learn to fly it.  She did pretty good but crashed a lot.  Linda brought some other kites, so Colton got to fly his own and Gracie got a turn too.  Colton really thought he was doing something.


Before showers, they went swimming in the swimming pool.  I swear they are like little fish.  Aunt Linda  and Mimi gave Colton a bath, which was a huge help.  It is nice to have so many people helping with all of them.  Gracie and Hayden are sharing a room with Aunt Kim.  They were so excited about that.

After Dinner we went ghost crab hunting.  I finally found something that Hayden is terrified of. She will not try to catch them or anything.  If they come her way she screams and almost cries.  Silly girl!  She did finally hold a baby, baby one.  It was the tiniest thing ever.  Gracie tried to show Hayden that there wasn't anything to be scared of but it didn't work.
