Graduation class of 2013

Saturday, Hayden's seniors graduated from GWA.  The ceremony was very good and Hayden loved watching Madison and Sue Anna get their diplomas. After the graduation, Hayden had her team party for the Ducks. It was a pool party and boy was she excited. It didn't even matter that the water was freezing!!!  She also went home and spent the night with one of the girls. She had a busy day, but she loved very minute of it.

Gracie and Colton went to Maeleigh's 2nd birthday party. They had tons o fun too. They got to jump on a bouncy thing and feed the goat. They also really enjoyed the yummy, yummy cupcakes.

It was a busy but fun weekend. Next Saturday is Colton's party!

100 Points!

Hayden got 100 points on her Accelerated reader stuff yesterday.  She has been reading and reading and reading. She is one determined little girl.  She will get a medal today and get her picture taken with the lower school principal. She was excited this morning.

I have the book by Dr. Suess, Oh, the Places You'll Go!  I have Hayden's teachers sign it at the end of the year and in 2024 I will give her this book when she graduates.   This year Mrs. Power signed it and her words made me cry because she loves my girl as much as I do.

It said

Sweet Hayden,

You are such a treasure!  Your determination, perseverance and kind soul will follow you through life!  I have never met a sweeter person.  Keep working hard and keep playing awesome softball!  I love you!

Mrs. Power

We are both going to miss Mrs. Power next year!  She is an amazing teacher!

Finishing up!

Well, Gracie's last day of school was yesterday.  She will officially go to GWA next year!  It is so hard to believe. My baby is growing up way too fast.  We are so proud of our smart girl.

Hayden made Allstars again this year. We are so very proud of our little softball player.  Her last day of school is next Friday!

Colton will be 2 next Friday also!  WOW, time is flying by. He is my handsome, busy boy. He keeps me on my tropes at all times.

Our Dog, Princess had 11 puppies a couple of weeks ago. So if anyone wants one please come get it.

Trying to catch up on all the big moments lately. I try to find time to blog but is is hard some days.

Finished Season

Gracie had her last game Monday night. She did such a good job this season with T Ball. She has her partly next Monday and she will get her very first trophy. She can hardly wait. I am so proud of you Gracie.  We love you to the moon and back.

Hayden had her last game last night, but she also has a tournament Saturday to try to win the championship. I can't think of a better way to spend Mothers Day weekend. I am being serious too.  The Ducks had an awesome game last night.  They won 14-7!!!  Hayden had some great hits and she made some excellent plays. We love you to the moon and back!!!

We are so very proud of both of our girls.  Always aim high and reach for those stars sweet girls!!!

UGA Softball Game

Mark and I took Hayden to the UGA Softball game on Sunday. Hayden's whole team came and they got a tour, got to meet the UGA girls, and got to go out on the field while they sang the national anthem.  Hayden was so excited!!!!  She was cheering and screaming as loud as she could. It was an awesome game. There were back to back home runs, which really got Hayden excited.  She got all kinds of souvenirs. It was a great experience for all of us. We will definitely be going back for more games.

Field Day was also last Friday. It was cold and rained some. That didn't stop Hayden from having a great time with her class. Gracie didn't seem to enjoy it as much but that is okay.  I love that Hayden tries every thing at least once. She is our little athlete.

Catch up

Well, once again I have forgot to blog for over a week. It is hard to find time to some days, especially with a very active little boy!  Hayden and Gracie are both doing great in Softball. They both had their recital pictures done and practiced at the studio last Saturday. Gracie is REALLY excited, Hayden was kind of like whatever.

I had my Mother's Day Tea at preschool with Gracie last Wednesday. It was so sweet and I loved everything she made for me, even though she says that I am 27 ft tall.  Heehee.  She did sing some beautiful songs and she was all smiles as she did.  Thank you baby girl.  I love you to the moon and back!
