So we left for the beach Friday afternoon, which was a whole day earlier than we were supposed to. We left thinking the kids would sleep and not ask "are we there yet" 1000 times. Well, it kind of worked. Colton slept for a while but Hayden didn't and she did ask 1000 "are we there yet".Talk about an excited bunch of kids! Gracie was good, she was the only one that had to go potty a couple of times. We do not like to stop unless we have too but it was okay. We actually went to Panama City Beach and stayed Friday night because the house at St George Island wasn't open until 3pm on Saturday. It was packed. I have no idea why in the world anyone would want to stay there for a week. The lines were awful every where and just to get down the road took forever. Oh well, guess I am just spoiled now and much older. We just stayed in a little motel, it was nice and not very big but we ended up eating dinner at Krystals, yes that is how crowded every thing was. We got up the next morning and ate breakfast at the Waffle House and then wasted some time until the water park was open. The kids absolutely loved the water park. Sorry there are no pictures because we all participated in slides and all sorts of stuff. Gracie did every slide that she was big enough to do. I am still surprised. She is so shy, you just never know what to expect out of her. Colton is not scared of anything and he did all the slides too. Hayden of course, is a pro at the water park and the few things that Gracie and Colton could not do, I did with her. It was so much fun! After lots of fun, we went to meet Mimi, Pop, Kim, Aunt Linda and Grandmama at the Beach house. We played in the sand and ocean for a while before calling it a night. It is so nice to finally be on Vacation!
