Whew!

Friday night Hayden and Gracie performed in their recital. They both did great. Gracie wasn't too sure about it at first but she got on that stage and danced her little heart out. They were definitely the most beautiful girls there.  Hayden looked like a pro out there, she is truly good at every thing she does. You know they are both good when you sit there watching them perform with tears streaming down your face because you are so PROUD!


Hayden had more AllStar games Saturday and boy did she play with all her heart. The first game was at 12 and she had th biggest hit ever. It should have been a home run but it was a triple. It was awesome.  They won 17-6 and that meant they played anothe game at 7:30.  They were ready to play then but the nerves got the bet of them at first. Hayden made an unassisted triple play in an extra inning to keep us in the game.  It was a priceless moment in her life. Her whole team and coaches were picking her up and hugging her.  Boy did she have a Proud Mommy and Daddy waiting  for some hugs and kisses too.  We thought we had the win but there were two outs and Hayden came up to bat an she was nervous. She knew how important this hit was but she struck out but not without a fight she gave it her all, she kept hitting foul balls and making Mommy and Daddy almost pass out or have a heart attack.  We lost 19-17. To say we are proud is an understatement, boy do we love this little softball player.  The state tournament is next weekend and we can't wait to watch he again!
