Softball and Gracie's Play

Softball has been going great!  Hayden has had lots of amazing throws for outs at first, big hits and even caught several fly balls for outs!  I love watching her play ball, she just has some natural talent!  She received the game ball a couple of weeks ago.  She was so excited and I even got a real smile from her for my picture.  She does this fake smile thing a lot that looks so silly but when you catch a picture with her real smile it is always gorgeous!

One of Hayden's biggest fans always makes sure that he is at the games, even when his back hurts so very bad.  That is how much he loves her!

Gracie had her play at school last week.  She was sick the first two days of practice but that didn't stop her on performance day.  She was a little confused but only I noticed it.  She said her two parts with lots of pride and confidence.  She sang her little heart out on all the songs.  She was the most adorable purple flower in the world.  I love how much self confidence she has gained this year. Don't get me wrong she is still very shy but boy is she coming around.  She has also mastered the monkey bars and flipping on the trapeze bar on the swing set.  These are two things I didn't think Gracie would ever be interested in boy did she surprise me.  She is so very proud of the callus she has on her hands.  She shows them to Mark every night to prove to him she is getting tough!

There will be a big Easter post later today or first thing in the morning!

Spring Pictures

Well, the Spring pictures turned out great.  I haven't seen all of them yet but the ones I have, I love!  Colton is such a little ham!  Gracie is always smiling and Hayden is really growing up.  What can I say Mark and I make gorgeous babies!

A Whole Month Behind

Well, here we go again!  I am almost a whole month behind on the blog.

First of all Hayden has been doing very well at her Softball practices and games.  She has made some awesome throws, hits and a few outs.  I look forward to game days so that I can watch her and her team play ball.

Hayden also had her play at school last week.  She was an Egret and as always she sang her little heart out and she knew all of her part.  She says next year she wants to have the lead part but I'm not so sure my shy girl really does!  I guess we will have to wait and see!

Last Friday was Grandparent's Day and all of the lower school did a fantastic job at the program.  It was so much fun watching all of them.  This was Gracie's first performance in front of a lot of people and she did very well.  Hayden and Gracie both made lots of goodies for Mimi, Pop, Grandmama and Linda.  Then afterwards they all went to the park with Grandmama and Linda while  I went to the grocery store.  They had so much fun!

Saturday, we had Spring pictures with bunnies and a lamb.  I am pretty sure that the pictures are going to be amazing.  They all three cooperated and smiled like angels.  Colton really liked holding the bunnies, not so sure the bunnies enjoyed Colton though!

Hopefully now that I am kind of sort of caught up...I can keep every one informed better!

Here are tons of pictures!
